SOUS CHEF 60M
This is a nice opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a dual season 60m private/charter yacht after the Christmas break. This role suits a chef who enjoys producing nutritious, high-quality crew food while supporting the Head Chef on guest service.
The role:
- Prepare healthy, varied crew meals for an active and healthy crew
- Support the Head Chef with guest food preparation during busy periods
- Assist in maintaining a well-organised, high-standard galley
- Baking skills preferred, though the Head Chef is happy to mentor.
- Join a fun, diverse, and engaged crew culture
- Fun season between the US and the Bahamas with trips already underway this season
- Start date: Around the 15th of January
- B1/B2 visa required, please do not apply without it.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum one season of experience on a similar-sized vessel
- Culinary training and restaurant background
- Positive and hardworking team player
- Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa
What’s on offer:
- Salary around $6,000 DOE
