- Joining Location: Florida, USA
- Start Date: Mid-December
- Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE) – Competitive package offered.
- Leave: 38 days of paid leave per annum.
- Due to Flag Requirements: Only Green Card holders or U.S. Passport holders will be considered. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Cabin Arrangements: Please note that due to the current cabin configuration, male candidates are preferred.
The ideal chef will possess a minimum of 2 years of solid yachting experience on vessels of a similar size (45m+). You must be a culinary chameleon, capable of catering for a vast array of cuisine styles, as both the owners and crew enjoy a wide variety in their dishes.
- Service Requirement: You should have proven experience catering for up to 12 guests and 9 crew members.
- Service Style: The program requires versatility, covering both sophisticated fine dining presentations for the owners and high-quality, relaxed family-style meals.
This is an enviable program offering stability and excellent crew longevity. We are seeking a chef who is naturally a team player and who will seamlessly integrate with the existing fun, healthy, and active crew.
- Leadership: You will be joining a superb, close-knit team led by a highly competent, hands-on Captain and incredibly supportive owners who value their family time.
- Usage: The yacht sees approximately 4-5 months of owner use per year, though this can vary. The role demands adaptability to transition between formal and casual trips, particularly during the typically busier winter season.
- Itinerary: Cruising grounds generally encompass Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the beautiful Bahamas.
