Summary

TYS Recruitment is seeking a temp crew chef to join a 60m vessel next week for an Atlantic Crossing.

Start Date: Monday, December 15th

Duration: Approx. 2 weeks (Europe to Caribbean crossing)

Location: Europe (joining)

Salary: DOE

Visas: B1B2

A wonderful 60m yacht with excellent crew culture is urgently seeking a Temporary Crew Chef to support the team during their Atlantic crossing. The vessel is departing Europe and requires an experienced, confident crew chef who can step in immediately and independently prepare healthy, balanced meals for 14 crew.

  • Strong crew-chef experience on 50m+ vessels
  • Confident cooking healthy, wholesome crew meals for 14
  • Calm under pressure, clean and organised in the galley
  • Comfortable catering to dietary needs and offering variety
  • Positive, team-focused and able to hit the ground running

Requirements

  • Valid STCW
  • Valid ENG1
  • Food & Hygiene Level 2 or 3
  • Schengen & B1B2 (if required)


Languages

English / Fluent

Visas

  • B1/B2
  • C1/D (US Only)
  • Schengen/ Visa-Free Exemption (or EU Resident)

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
