Summary
We are seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 36m motor yacht, based in South Florida, with a cruising itinerary primarily in the US and Bahamas. This permanent position requires a candidate with charter experience and a strong background in yacht interior operations. The Chief Steward(ess) will be responsible for overseeing service, housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, and beach setups, as well as ensuring high standards of hospitality and communication within the team. Collaboration with the 2nd steward and chef is essential, along with the ability to mentor and lead effectively. Ideal candidates will possess STCW certification, food hygiene training, and a valid ENG1 or marine medical certificate. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be physically active, and demonstrate solid interior experience.
