Requirements: Charter experience.  

Culinary trained and/or Strong restaurant experience

Enjoys cooking for owner, guests and crew. Well plated and varied menu. 

MUST keep a CLEAN Galley!

Current Marine Medical (ENG1) - (valid minimum 1 year)

STCW + Refresher

Responsibilities: Charter chef - there is 1-week charter scheduled for New Year
