ROTATIONAL THIRD CHEF 90M
We are looking for a culinary trained and talented Third Chef to join a high-profile, dual season charter vessel. With 2:2 rotation and an amazing team onboard - this is a great chance for an experienced Chef to get stuck into an exciting new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the Sous Chef on crew food as well as some assistance on guest prep. It is a collaborative environment.
- Great, highly experienced team onboard - there is lots of knowledge to be shared with many of the team coming from high-profile backgrounds.
- This is a busy program with top charters clients. They have an almost full summer booked for 2026 already!
- Because of this, you must be independent, self motivated and able to work with initiative.
Requirements:
- Culinary training and restaurant experience
- 2+ years of time served on similar sized yachts. Existing commitment and longevity is favoured.
- It is important that you have worked on 80m+ vessels to understand the dynamic and expectations of a larger yacht.
- Team of 3 onboard at any time in the galley, working in a wider collection of 6 Chefs.
- B1B2 in hand.
Package:
- Leave: 2:2 rotation
- Salary: DOE but paid in USD with share of lucrative tips.
- Start date: Early February 2026 but this could change slightly.
