The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a hands-on, practically skilled Deckhand with at least one year of solid experience on similar-sized vessels. The ideal candidate will be confident using a toolbox, comfortable with maintenance tasks, and able to hit the ground running especially during the current yard period. Candidates with Yachtmaster (or those planning to complete it between January and March) will be prioritised, and having a PWC in hand is highly beneficial.
The role suits someone from a yacht where they have been involved with maintenance not someone coming straight from a new build. You'll be joining a supportive team with weekends off.
- Required experience: Minimum 1 year yachting experience
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster (Preferred)
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa (If Applicable)
