The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead a dedicated team aboard a 100M+ private yacht. The ideal candidate will bring prior HOH experience on a similar-sized vessel, combining exceptional service knowledge with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who is warm, approachable, and capable of inspiring their team while maintaining high standards across all guest and crew areas.
Responsibilities include mentoring and managing junior crew, overseeing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining inventories and SOPs, scheduling, and reporting. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to make efficient, sound decisions. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as administrative duties form a significant part of the role.
The candidate should embody professionalism, lead by example, and foster a positive, drama-free culture within the interior team. They should enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment, encouraging a cohesive and high-performing crew.
