Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a 2nd Officer for a 100m+ yacht.
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Safety Officer. This position is ideal a motivated, safety-conscious candidate with a strong background in deck operations.
Requirements & Responsibilities
· Chief Mate Unlimited ticket.
· Proven experience in similar roles on similar sized vessels.
· Must be fully conversant with ISM and certification, in charge of drills, maintenance and training.
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
· Strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure.
· Assist in the management of the deck department and supervise deckhands.
· Ensure the safety and smooth operation of the vessel.
· Manage all aspects of deck operations while ensuring the highest level of service to guests.

Salary: EUR DOE + Bonus scheme
