Requirements
- Yachtmaster commercially endorsed
- Charter experience essential
- Proven experience on sailing yachts required
- Refit experience
- Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, guests, and third-party services
- Hands- on, handyman with a can do attitude
Start date: Mid January/Start February 2026
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 4800
Leave: 42 Days
