Requirements
- Must hold a Y3
- Previous experience as a Sole Engineer on sailing yachts is required
- Refit experience
- Strong technical skills, proactive approach, and ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Ability to work well within a small team.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial for assisting other departments when necessary.
Start date: Mid-January/ Start of February 2026
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 5500
Leave: 42 Days
Private & Charter vessel currently in refit, chartering in 2026.
