We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a high-profile 85m private MY with an exciting global cruising schedule. The yacht maintains an exceptionally high standard of service and is looking for a creative, organised and calm culinary Chef to lead the galley with confidence.
The Ideal Chef Will Have:
• Proven experience as Head Chef on 60m+ yachts
• Strong background in diverse international cuisines
• Ability to design balanced, premium menus for owners, guests and crew
• A clean and efficient approach to provisioning, galley management and food hygiene compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of training and inspiring the galley team of 2
• Knowledge of dietary requirements, nutritional balance and bespoke meal planning
Role Responsibilities:
• Creation of seasonal, varied menus based on guest preferences
• Hands-on preparation of fine-dining dishes and elevated crew meals
• Full control of provisioning worldwide, cost management and vendor relationships
• Maintaining impeccable food safety standards, storage systems and galley organisation
• Collaboration with the interior team for events, themed evenings and guest entertainment
• Leading a team of two chefs and working closely with the interior service department
