Chief Stewardess | 60 SY - Private & Charter
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a well-run sailing yacht starting January.
This is a role for someone who truly excels in high-end, traditional service. The owners are very particular and value classic British, butler-style service above all else. If your service standards are exceptional, there is flexibility in other areas.
The yacht is extremely well organised and runs smoothly. This is not a position for someone looking to come in and change systems - the owners like what they like, and consistency is key. Adaptability is important, as the programme includes both owner use and charter.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess
- Sailing yacht experience preferred
- Strong, polished service background is the priority
- Confident switching between owner and charter service
- Calm, adaptable, and respectful of established onboard routines
- Open to male or female candidates
Package
- €6,500–€7,500 DOE
- 50 days leave (potential to increase to 60 for the right candidate)
