Position Overview
The yacht is renowned for its impeccable service standards and extraordinary guest experience. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Service to lead an exceptional service team, ensuring the smooth running of the interior operation. You will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for owners and guests, while overseeing the daily operations of the service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the interior service team, ensuring world-class service at all times
- Oversee the daily operation and service flow for both private and charter guests
- Ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded with a focus on attention to detail
- Collaborate with other department heads to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency
- Ensure the training, development, and wellbeing of your team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior service role on a large motor yacht (100m+ preferred)
- Proven track record in managing large, high-performing interior teams in a busy charter environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Impeccable attention to detail with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt to the varying needs of private and charter guests
- A proactive, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
