Summary
-THIS IS A LANDBASED ROLE AND YOU MUST HOLD AN EU PASSPORT OR THE RIGHT TO WORK IN FRANCE TO BE CONSIDERED -
Silver Swan is currently working with a high-end chalet operator in Meribel to assist in hiring a full-time Chalet Chef for their flagship property. The client was recently let down by their original chef, so they are seeking an immediate start — ideally 4th December, though they will wait for the right candidate. This is a 5-month full-time placement, delivering exceptional, restaurant-quality cuisine for up to 12 guests in a luxury environment.
The chalet features an open-plan kitchen and is supported by two Chalet Hosts and an evening Driver who also assists with cleaning and washing up. You will have the autonomy to create refined, elegant menus while accommodating guest preferences, including those who enjoy familiar, French-inspired dishes.
Accommodation, travel and a ski pass are included in the package. The position can be offered on a self-employed basis or via payroll, depending on the candidate’s preference.
Please Note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or the right to work in France prior to applying as, unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship. If you do not hold an EU passport or the right to work in France upon applying, your application will NOT be considered.
