The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deckhand with at least 1+ years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong tender background and practical boat skills, ideally with ambitions to obtain a Yachtmaster or already holding it. Candidates who have grown up around boats are particularly desirable, as they often demonstrate excellent situational awareness and confidence in tender handling.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in both private and charter environments, is safety-conscious, adaptable, and enjoys working as part of a professional deck team. Practical skills, hands-on experience, and a proactive attitude are essential.
