The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a 3rd Officer to join a dynamic, ego-free crew for a temporary period with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate is confident, practical, and a team player, fitting seamlessly into an excellent onboard culture. Technical expertise is required, including Raytheon-specific ECDIS, familiarity with DAGAMA, and navigating chart updates. A Cayman Island CEC is advantageous. Candidates must hold a valid B1/B2 visa.
The owners are fantastic, and the emphasis is on maintaining a positive, collaborative vibe aboard the yacht.
