Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Stewardess for a private and charter program on a 55m Benetti. The vessel is owned by two brothers who grew up in the yachting world under the guidance of their father, a seasoned yacht owner. The program will primarily operate in Florida and the Bahamas. The yacht is designed with significantly more deck space than interior, making a 3-person interior team ideal. This role offers flexibility for a rotation or full-time placement for the right candidate who holds the full package.
Crew: 3 on interior, total 10 full-time crew
Accommodation: Cabin shared with a member of the interior team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years as Chief Stewardess on yachts of similar size
- Strong charter experience is mandatory
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and guest-service skills
- Ability to work seamlessly in a small interior team while maintaining high standards
Start Date: ASAP, South Florida
Additional Info: Owners will be on board from December 2nd, with the yacht heading to Miami for Art Basel. Flex rotation or full rotation considered for the right candidate.
