Overview
Experienced, professional Sole Stewardess needed to manage the interior independently on a 112’ Westport. The outgoing Chief Stew has created a “press-play” binder and a full Stew Bible will be provided to ensure a smooth handover. The Captain does not micro-manage, so self-motivation, initiative, and pride in high standards are essential.
Owners & Service
Southern family, valuing traditional etiquette, warmth, and understated elegance. Familiarity with formal service including silver service, Cattilian-style serving, and classic hospitality is required.
Program
Homeport in Fort Lauderdale year-round
April–June in the BVIs and Bahamas for 2025 season
Summer 2027 in Europe, returning directly to the U.S.
Light overall usage but high interior standards expected
Responsibilities
Full interior management: housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, inventories, and guest areas
Elegant table settings and formal service
Polished, well-mannered guest interaction
Collaboration with Captain and deck/engine teams
Maintain immaculate, guest-ready interior year-round
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sole Stewardess or senior stew
Formal service experience including silver service
Professional, well-mannered, presentable, and educated
Organized, independent, and self-motivated
Appreciation for classic, understated elegance
