The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a very busy and well-run 40M+ dual-season charter yacht, starting 7 January. The yacht maintains a strong charter programme, averaging 15-16 weeks of charter each year. The owners typically spend around two weeks onboard annually. The yacht completed an interior refit in 2022, leaving the interior looking and feeling fresh and modern.
The crew consists of nine members who are known for being relaxed, down-to-earth, and ego-free. A positive, supportive, and team-oriented atmosphere. The programme promotes a professional, non-party environment, there is a mature and balanced dynamic onboard.
After one year onboard, the successful candidate will receive a 13th-month bonus. Joining this yacht means becoming part of an excellent, well-run programme with strong crew culture and longevity.
Candidates must already hold a B1/B2 visa and have strong charter experience. A minimum of two seasons in a similar senior interior role is required, ideally on a yacht of comparable size. The Chief Stewardess must be confident in managing a fast-paced charter environment while leading and motivating a team of two interior crew. A warm, professional, guest-focused approach is essential.
