The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a skilled, personable and professional Service / Housekeeping Stewardess to join a prestigious 110M+ dual-season program. This role requires someone calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to take direction well in a busy, detail-focused environment. The owners are exceptionally kind yet particular, so a polished attitude, strong service standards, and impeccable attention to detail are essential.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with confidence working on either busy private or charter yachts. A motivated, discreet, team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn will thrive in this role. B1/B2 and Schengen visas are required.
