A leading international boutique brokerage is expanding and seeking a driven, polished Charter Broker to join their high-performance team. Operating across London, Dubai, and the French Riviera, this rapidly growing firm is trusted by UHNW clients for charter, sales, and world-class service at the very top of the market.
You’ll represent the brand at flagship events including the Monaco Grand Prix, Abu Dhabi F1, Monaco Yacht Show, and private aviation showcases worldwide. Expect fast-paced growth, elite clients, and a high-end, international environment.
The Role
- Manage the full charter cycle for UHNW clients
- Build and grow your own portfolio of charter leads
- Liaise with captains, managers, and fleet teams to deliver seamless charters
- Prepare and review MYBA contracts
- Represent the company at major yacht shows and global events
- Uphold a luxury-standard approach to client service and communication
Requirements
- Experience in yacht charter brokerage or UHNW-facing luxury sectors
- Strong understanding of MYBA contracts
- Fluent, confident communicator with exceptional presentation
- Sales-driven, relationship-focused, and highly organised
- Willing to travel internationally and spend significant time in Dubai
- Yachting experience (charter assistant, Yachtfolio, MYBA exposure) highly advantageous
- Native English speaker preferred
