2nd Stewardess – 50m Private/Charter
Bespoke Crew are seeking an experienced and confident 2nd Stewardess to join a well-run 50m programme with an excellent crew culture and long-standing owners. The successful candidate will step into a central position within the interior, working closely between two rotating Chief Stews and leading service to a high standard.
The Role
You will take ownership of service; breakfast setups, guest service, dinner service, and act as the key link within a five-strong interior team. Strong communication, a calm approach, and the ability to support and uplift the team are essential.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably holding an EU passport
- Strong experience in service on similar-sized vessels
- Confident with team leadership and acting as a senior support within the department
- Creativity and good Canva skills are highly valued
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a fun, healthy crew environment
Package
- Salary: €4,500
- Leave: 45 days per year; 60 days after one year
- Crew: 15 on at one time; 21 total with rotation
- Interior team of 5
Itinerary
- Mallorca until March (shipyard)
- April: Gibraltar, Portugal or Northern Spain, then the UK
- 2026 season: Scotland, Norway, Iceland
