We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Chief Stewardess to join a 65m private, dual-season motor yacht.
The ideal candidate will have solid longevity in previous Chief Stew roles and a proven track record of running a high-standard, detail-focused interior. You should be confident leading a well-established team, maintaining impeccable service standards, and fostering a positive, motivated atmosphere onboard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a structured yet supportive environment and enjoys setting the tone for excellence throughout the interior. The program places a strong emphasis on quality, discretion, and professionalism, offering stability and a lovely crew dynamic in return.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Chief Stewardess on yachts 50m+
- Demonstrated longevity and strong leadership skills
- Excellent organisational, service, and training abilities
- Confident, composed, and proactive under pressure
- B1B2 visa
- No Tattoos
- Proven longevity and good references
