???? The Role
As Bosun, you will play a key part in establishing the deck operations on a new vessel and leading a team of three deckhands. You’ll be responsible for creating structure, maintaining high standards, and ensuring that all exterior operations run smoothly and safely.
This position also offers real career progression:
When the Captain is on leave, the Chief Officer will step up as Relief Captain – and the Bosun will step into the Chief Officer role.
Because of this, an OOW is essential.

- A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to grow with the right team

- Step into a team that values professionalism, communication, and a healthy, active lifestyle
- Genuine opportunities for career development and stepping up
- A supportive leadership team that trusts its crew and encourages responsibility
