Professional Requirements
- Ready for next step Chief Officer stepping into future light relief / relief captain capability
- Excellent Excel knowledge (advanced level required)
- Deep Blue Management System experience (mandatory)
- Fully ECDIS onboard — candidates must be fully comfortable operating + implementing ECDIS
- Ability to set up ISM + operational procedures from scratch
- Strong administration background (this is key deliverable)
- New build experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication / team coaching / structured thinking

Lead + structure the final stage of this new build and deliver the vessel in Jan 26 2026 in perfect operational, documentation, and administrative readiness.
