We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and experienced Chief Officer to join our team on an exciting new-build yacht currently under construction and delivering in January 2026. If you enjoy taking ownership, building things from the ground up, and being part of an active, positive crew—this could be the perfect fit.
⭐ About the Role
As Chief Officer, you will play a key role in setting up the yacht from scratch, including:
- Establishing all ISM, safety procedures, and operational systems
- Helping structure deck routines and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Working closely with the Captain and learning ship handling
- Stepping up as Relief Captain during the Captain’s absence
- Opportunity for future rotation for the right candidate
We also invest in our crew—training, courses, and professional development will be offered once we see commitment and alignment with the team.
