The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a Deck/Stew with a strong focus on deck duties who is also happy and willing to assist the interior when needed. The ideal candidate will hold their Navigational Yacht Rating or already have the required sea time to meet safe manning requirements. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and is confident working across both departments.
The vessel operates as a commercial yacht with a busy Med 2026 charter schedule planned so we need someone proactive, adaptable, and able to step into a fast-paced environment. You will be joining ahead of a winter yard period, providing great time to learn the vessel, integrate with the team, and prepare for the upcoming season.
We are looking for a positive, motivated individual with a good attitude, strong deck skills, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Personality and work ethic are key.
