The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a hardworking, motivated, and fast-paced Deckhand with proven seasonal experience to join an 80m new-build program. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and ready to contribute from day one, particularly as the vessel enters a busy dual-season schedule. A B1/B2 visa in hand is essential due to the joining location in the Caribbean. Candidates with a Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating will be looked upon favourably, and any additional skills such as drone operation, fishing knowledge, diving certifications, or jet ski/tender driving experience will be considered a strong advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-standard, dynamic environment and wants to grow within an exciting new-build team.
