Job description: We are looking for an experienced Captain for a 60m private yacht, this is a relief assignment for 2 1/2 months and maybe again in March for another 2 months or so.
The yacht is for sale and will be based in US for the foreseeable future. It will attend Miami boat show and Palm Beach boat show.
Must be a strong team leader, calm demeanor and good communications skills.

We are seeking a skilled Captain for a 60m motor yacht based in the United States. This temporary position involves overseeing a crew of nine and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. The Captain will be responsible for navigation, compliance with maritime regulations, and the management of onboard operations, including maintenance and crew coordination. Candidates should possess extensive experience in yacht management and navigation, along with the necessary certifications and licenses. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to safety and excellence in service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in similar roles and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The position will be based in the United States, with the homeport also located in the region.
Salary: Paid in Euros monthly salary
Package: Temporary contract for 2 1/2 months. SEA will be issued per flag state regulations.
Other: There are 9 crew on board, including the CE that has been with this boat for a long time and the CO will be returning from holiday in December and also knows the boat well. The boat will likely not move, but possibly for dry dock.
