Summary

Position: STEW/Crew - Sous Chef

Must be willing to work as a Stewardess the majority of the time. You will ONLY work as a Crew/Sous chef with guests on or as the head chef requires assistance.

Could be a team with a Deck/Engineer or Stew/Masseuse.

License: Minimum Food safety/hygiene lvl 2 and some cooking skills. 

Requirements:Someone with experience as a Stewardess and with cooking for crew and assisting the Head chef with food preps. Charter experience ++.

- Typically Stew with out guests on and Stew/Crew/Sous with guests on 

- Food safety and hygiene 2

- Any background with cooking. Restaurants, cooking classes, etc.

- STCW + refresher

- ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)

- High standard 

- Well-spoken and clear communications

- Well-presented - physically fit for duty

 Preferences:

- 100% non smoker

- No heavy drinkers

- Enjoys being active

- Solid character references 

- Cooking background

VISA: B1/B2 visa (min. 1 year), Schengen if needed for the Caribbean. Valid passport (min. 1 year). 

Background check and drug testing may apply.

Responsibilities: This role will typically be Steward/ess (approx. 70% Stew/ 30% Crew / Sous Chef) - estimated

Job Specifics: Permanent . High standards. 

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. 

Package: 45 - 60 days leave, Tips, bonus plan based on performance and longevity, etc. - to be finalized during interview process. Standard SEA.

• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
