TCN is seeking a professional Mate with AEC to join a beautifully maintained 30m SY as it enters a new ownership structure and an exciting operational schedule.
This is a full-time role for a hands-on Mate looking to be part of a long-term project with lovely, engaged US owners. The ideal candidate will bring strong deck and watchkeeping skills, a positive “can-do” attitude, and be a confident team player within a small crew.
The yacht will maintain EU flag (Malta) and BV Class.
Itinerary
Winter 2025.26: Caribbean season based around St Barth’s (charter + owner use)
Spring 2026: Palma shipyard period for major rig/20-year survey works
Summer 2026: Med cruising season Future: Adventure-ready program including world cruising
Requirements:
• Chief Mate CoC, GMDSS GOC, AEC, Yacht Rating
• Medical First Aid & Medical Care
• AFF, PSCRB + Standard STCW
• Personal Watercraft Instructor (advantage)
• B1/B2 visa, SCH visa (if applicable)
Package:
• €4,500 per month
• 44 days leave
