TCN is looking for a motivated and versatile Stewardess/Deckhand to join a well-maintained 30m sailing yacht. The vessel is entering a new ownership phase with an exciting operational plan.
This is a dual-role position ideal for someone confident in interior service and housekeeping, who can also assist the deck team during operations. A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills are essential. The owners appreciate crew who bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for sailing.
The yacht will remain EU-flagged (Malta) and BV Class.
Itinerary
Winter 2025/26: Caribbean season based around St. Barth’s — combination of charter and private use
April 2026: Atlantic crossing to Palma
Requirements
Valid STCW and ENG1 (minimum 6 months remaining)
B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa (if applicable)
Food & Hygiene certificate
