Yacht: 41m SY – Private (Palma based)
We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess for a 41m private sailing yacht. This is a full-time position, with a start date: ASAP.

Itinerary:
The yacht is currently completing a maintenance period in Palma. The program is now most likely heading to the Caribbean for the winter season, before returning to Palma next spring/summer.
Guests: Up to 9 (4 related families)
Crew: 4
Salary: €5,000/month (MLC contract)
Leave: 60 days annually
Requirements:
- B1/B2 visa (mandatory)
- ENG1
- STCW
- Seaman’s Discharge Book
- Food & Hygiene Level 2 (desired)
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years’ yachting experience (charter background preferred, though the yacht operates privately).
- Strong hospitality background essential.
- Excellent housekeeping standards with the ability to organize and maintain efficient systems.
- Confident and polished service skills — guests are experienced and expect high standards.
- Warm, friendly, and caring personality, comfortable running the interior solo.
- Fluent English; other languages (German, etc.) a plus
