About the Program
Seeking an experienced Charter Captain to provide holiday coverage aboard a 101’ Hargrave from December 15, 2025, through January 20, 2026.
This is a well-established, repeat charter program with long-standing crew who know the vessel and program well. The yacht runs with four full-time crew:
- Captain/Engineer
- Mate/Engineer
- Chef
- Sole Stew
The current Captain will be traveling home to South Africa for the holidays and is seeking a capable relief with solid Bahamas cruising knowledge and charter experience.
This is a temporary liveaboard position for the full duration, and candidates must be available for both charters.

Requirements
- Proven charter captain experience
- Strong Bahamas navigation and local knowledge
- Leadership and professionalism in guest-facing environments
- Availability for full contract dates (December 15 – January 20)
- Flights to and from vessel covered
- Monthly or day rate DOE (depending on experience)
