A fantastic opportunity for a talented Sole Chef to join a 45m private motor yacht with American owners.
The Captain is currently crewing up the vessel, and we are looking for a professional, adaptable, and health-focused chef to complete the team.
This dual-season yacht runs an exciting and varied itinerary including the Caribbean, Bahamas, Central America, Alaska, the Galápagos, and the Pacific.
The owners are very health-conscious and follow a specific dietary routine, often requesting certain products, ingredients, or cooking styles. The Chef must be flexible, creative, and willing to adapt to their preferences while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and nutrition.
Excellent knowledge of gluten-free (GF) options, balanced menus, and fresh, seasonal cuisine is essential. You should be comfortable catering for daily family-style meals, light healthy lunches, and refined dinner service when required.
The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and calm under pressure, capable of managing all galley operations solo, including provisioning, budgeting, and hygiene standards.

- Salary: USD 9,000–9,500
