An incredible opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 45m private motor yacht with American owners.
The Captain is currently crewing up the team and looking for a strong leader to take charge of the interior, team of 3 in total
This is a dual-season vessel with an exciting and adventurous itinerary — Caribbean, Bahamas, Central America, Alaska, Galápagos, and the Pacific.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, confident in managing and motivating her interior team while maintaining impeccably high service standards and an exceptional level of guest care. Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential.
The owners are very health-conscious and have specific routines and preferences that must be respected. Therefore, the Chief Stewardess should have a calm, conservative personality, with no ego, someone who can gracefully follow the direction of Mrs. and adapt easily to the owners’ lifestyle and expectations.
