Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess for an 85-foot private motor yacht. This is a dual-role position involving both onboard and occasional land-based duties.
Yacht Program:
- Private use only, not chartered
- Currently in West Palm Beach until June
- Will head north to Montauk for the summer season
- Winter program is relaxed, with light cruising mainly between Fort Lauderdale and Miami
Crew: 4 total crew members
Guests: 4 guest cabins
Land-Based Duties:
The owner also requests occasional help (1–2 times per week) at their condo in Boca Raton, mainly for light housekeeping, tidying, and general upkeep. The stewardess can return home after work or is welcome to live aboard the yacht.
Future Plans:
The owner is in the process of upgrading to a larger yacht (approx. 100'–110').
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience as a sole stewardess on similar-sized yachts
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Confident in guest service, hospitality, and table setting
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable
- Must be comfortable with both yacht and occasional home responsibilities
