Summary

• 100m+ Dual season Private/Charter yacht are looking for an experienced Bosun to join them 26^th October before Crossing or latest Mid November after crossing to Caribbean

• Extremely busy yacht with long standing senior crew and Captains operating a dual season itinerary and extensive charters across both seasons

• They are looking for an experience Bosun, someone with a calm but organised demeanour who will lead the team from the front. Charter experience essential!

• Must be coming from a large yacht background ideally 80m plus – will consider very strong lead hands from big boats stepping up

• Fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious yacht with great reputation

• 3+ weeks of Charter confirmed so far for Caribbean and open for further bookings. Crossing back to the Med Summer 2026 for another busy season

• Must have good eye for detail, excellent tender driving skills, strong watersports experience and be confident in all aspects of maintenance

• Candidates based in Europe preferred for ease of travel to the yacht

• Great package on offer including a salary of 5000 Euros, 120 days leave, even split of the fantastic tips – full package TBD during initial calls

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
