Bosun

Summary

• 60m dual season Private motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them in the next 3-4 weeks – joining in SOF and crossing Atlantic to Bahamas

• This is a great opportunity for an experienced deckhand with a couple of solid years’ experience under their belt to step into their first leadership role

• Yachtmaster offshore required, good deck and product knowledge along with being a confident tender driver and able to lead a small deck team as well as passing on knowledge and training the team on deck

• You will be required to hold a navigational watch at times so need to be confident with bridge navigation and watches

• Excellent, supportive Captain with a friendly and generous owner

• Dual season cruising – Med & Caribbean this year. They will be departing for the Bahamas in early December

• Owner usage is sporadic and usually a few weeks at a time. The owner is generous, and the crew are given gratuities for each day they are onboard!

• On offer is a package of 4500 Euros, 42 days leave, gratuities from the owner for each day onboard

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
