Summary

• 80m New build Private/Charter yacht are looking for an experienced 2^nd officer to join them ASAP!

• Exciting new build due for launch in early 2026 with exciting future plans!

• Looking for a driven, organised and experienced 2^nd officer with 1+ years experience in the position – experience with writing SOPS would be advantageous. Any build experience would be beneficial as there will be a lot of set up to over see during the final months of the build

• Need to be super hungry, keen to learn and all about creating a superb collaborative team environment and not afraid to lead from the front outside with the guys on deck!

• Initially Med cruising with future plans TBC but shaping up to be a busy private/charter yacht operating dual seasons

• Generous owners who are all about the crew and will reward longevity and hard work

• Excellent build captain currently onboard – Quay crew are working exclusively with the yacht to build the team currently

• Open to male and female candidates along with couples as there will be interior positions opening up

• Salary on offer starting at 6500-7000 USD, full time contract until Christmas and then will roll into a 2:2 rotation (Potentially sooner if both 2^nd officers are secured) 10-14 day Christmas shutdown period during this time as well! Full package TBD during initial calls

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
