We’re looking for an experienced Bosun for a iconic 55m+ expedition yacht with exciting cruising destinations

The yacht is fully equipped for exploration and adventure, with a fleet of toys and plenty of tenders.
You will be joining a social, and team-oriented crew who maintain a solid work–life balance, encouraging downtime activities such as fishing, diving, and watersports.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a motivated, proactive Bosun with strong tender handling and deck leadership experience. You’ll play a key role in daily deck operations, tender launches, guest activities, and water sports setup.
- 18+ months experience as Bosun from a active programme
- Yachtmaster Offshore in hand
- B1/B2 visa essential
- Strong tender driving experience
- Confident launching and managing large tenders and toys
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to teach/mentor junior crew
Bonus Skills (Highly Valued):
- Sailing experience
- Watersports or Kitesurf Instructor
- Divemaster
- Fishing knowledge
