A busy 55m Dual Season Private/Charter Motor Yacht is seeking a motivated, career-driven 2nd Officer to join their dynamic team.
We’re looking for a hands-on officer who has worked their way up through the ranks — someone confident in deck operations, tender driving, painting, product knowledge, and guest interaction. (
This is a split role with both deck involvement and bridge duties
The vessel runs a dual-season itinerary between the Med and Caribbean with a heavy use private and charter schedule, so we’re after someone energetic, adaptable, and ready to commit long-term
Requirements:
- OOW 3000 GT
- Proven Longevity on a previous programme 18 months +
- Solid Tender driver
- Previous experience in guest heavy settings
- Valid B1/B2 and Schengen visa/ EU Passport
- Available to join ASAP
Package:
- Salary: €5,000–€5,500 DOE Increasing after probabtion
- 60 days leave
- Training program and annual salary review
- 13th-month bonus at Owner’s discretion
