Summary
We are seeking a Sole Engineer with a minimum of 2–3 years’ yachting experience to join a busy charter yacht. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and MLC leave package.
The yacht runs an active summer program with multiple back-to-back charters and maintains exceptionally high standards. The engine room is in excellent condition, with strong support from ownership and no budget constraints. Candidates should be confident working across mechanical, electrical, hotel systems, and AV/IT.
You will be joining a professional and sociable multinational crew, led by an experienced captain. Accommodation is in a shared cabin for the summer season. The vessel winters in the Med with a quieter schedule, offering good downtime and flexibility.
Requirements:
- Y3 CoC or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years’ industry experience
- Strong all-round engineering skills
Package:
- €6,000 DOE
- Permanent contract with standard MLC leave - This could be negotiated for the right person
- Winter Med-based program
