Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Sous Chef for a 110m+ private motor yacht.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join a prestigious private vessel with a professional galley team and high culinary standards onboard.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Proven experience as a Sous Chef in yachting, ideally on vessels 80m+
· Strong background in both guest and crew food preparation
· Confident working under the Head Chef and supporting service
· Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
· Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient galley environment
Start: ASAP
Location: UAE
Salary: EUR 5,000 per month
Rotation: 3:3
Vessel program and itinerary: 110m+ private yacht currently based in the UAE, with a busy private schedule.
