Burgess Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess)/Purser for a 85m private motor yacht.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Stew on 60m+ vessels
- Experience in administration as flights/immigration/accounts
- Enjoys mentoring a junior team
- Exceptional organisational, communication & leadership skills
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- All standard yachting certificates (STCW, ENG1, etc.)
Start: 23 October 2025
Location: Europe
Salary: USD 8000
Leave: 2:2 rotation
