SOUS CHEF 60M MY
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a busy dual season private/busy charter MY.
Requirements:
- Your role will mainly focus on cooking for the team onboard as well as assisting the Head Chef with guest food.
- You will have at least a season's of experience on a similar sized vessel and ideally be able to bake - that said this is a skill the Head Chef is happy to mentor you in so you do not need to be a trained pastry chef.
- You will be responsible for keeping the healthy and active crew well fed, they are a diverse and fun bunch!
- You MUST have your B1B2 in hand, please do not apply if you do not already hold it.
Package/Details:
- Joining at the end of October to travel down to the Caribbean from the US with the vessel.
- The season will then start in November with charters already booked.
- Equal share of tips.
- $5,500 pm -/+ DOE
- 40 days leave allowance
