Chief Engineer in Monaco

Summary

We are seeking a motivated Chief Engineer to join our team aboard a 43-meter private yacht operating in the Mediterranean Sea.

Temporary contract from 15th of October until 07th of November.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 medical certificate.
• Engineer officer license or equivalent certification.
• Valid travel documents to operate within Europe.
• Focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Solid computer skills, including knowledge of onboard systems and software.
• Enjoyment of guest interaction, with the ability to contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Good Leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced and demanding situations.
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.

• 2nd Engineer III/2 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
• RIII/2 Y2 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/2 Y1 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <9000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/1 Engineer Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
• RIII/2 2nd Engineer (Unlimited)
• RYA Diesel Engine Course
• RIII/2 Chief Engineer (Unlimited)/ Class 1
• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
• MCA Engine Watch Rating Certificate
