Summary
We’re on the lookout for a confident Bosun to join a tight-knit team on a 50m+ support vessel. This is a rotational role with a 3:1 schedule.
This is a hands-on position for someone with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a solid handle on all things deck-wise. The vessel runs Mini ISM, so a grasp of paperwork would be beneficial to help in the bridge. YM Offshore minimum, ideally with a couple OOW modules under their belt. Lead Deckhands on larger vessels looking for their first Bosun role will be considered.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for the water — ideally with a strong background in surfing, diving, or fishing (bonus points if you’re into all three). The vessel cruises in areas where these are part of the daily routine, and the Owner is fully engaged with it.
The toy inventory reflects that lifestyle, with five well-equipped tenders for everything from skiing and fishing to diving and coastal exploration — excellent tender driving in multiple propulsions is expected - twin and single jet, inboard and triple outboard, this vessel has it all.
You’ll be joining a long-standing program with real stability. The crew is multi-national, active, and professional, and we’re looking for someone who can slot in smoothly and contribute from day one.
B1/B2 advantageous but not essential.
