Summary
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a very active 53m private/charter motor yacht with busy calendar of repeat charters and owner trips.
The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder who can take ownership of all aspects of interior management, confidently support and help lead a team of four, and step into the Chief Stew role during her time off. You’ll need to be polished in service, have an excellent eye for table settings and décor, and bring a touch of creativity to themed events and guest experiences.
Experience on 50m+ yachts in both private and charter settings is essential. The interior runs with a Chief Stew, 2nd Stew, and three Stews during the season, with a great onboard dynamic and emphasis on teamwork and presentation.
This is a full-time role offering a salary of €4,000–€4,500 DOE, with shared tips, a generous bonus structure, and excellent longevity incentives for the right candidate.
European-based candidates with an additional language (Italian or Spanish preferred) will be highly regarded.
